What is the difference between mndocs and CLEPro?
CLEPRo is a product developed and sold by Minnesota CLE, a subsidiary of the Minnesota State Bar Association. CLEPro contains forms for a single practice area, while mndocs contains forms across five practice areas. CLEPro is also a 'server-based' version of HotDocs, which means that you assemble forms by uploading data through the internet. mndocs, on the other hand, is installed on your computer and no internet connection is necessary to use the system other than initially for download or for future updates. Further differences are outlined in a comparison chart developed by MSBA staff.
