Parenting Consultant
A Parenting Consultant Fee Agreement and a Stipulation and Order are available from the Hamline University Mediation Center. Parenting Consultants work with high-conflict families and face increased ethics complaints. The Mediation Center and Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts developed these forms to increase clarity and predictability in the face of these challenges.
Online Conservator Reporting
Minnesota's online reporting system for conservators is the first statewide system in the nation. Use of the system has been mandatory since January 1, 2011. Information and access is available at the Minnesota Judicial Branch website.Note: A few counties still require that Annual Accounts be filed in paper.
