• Forms. Forms associated with marital dissolution actions, including a summons and petition, notices, and the "Monster" judgment and decree;
• Case Summaries. Summaries of each week's family law decisions released by the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Distributed by e-mail on Fridays.
• Court Forms. Family law forms produced by the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Court forms are generally intended for use by pro se parties.

The MSBA Family Law Section also provides continuing legal education seminars and develops useful family law materials. Section materials are found on the section website.
