Revised HUD-1

The revised Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA) and its related regulations include new versions of the HUD-1, HUD1-A, and Good Faith Estimate. For further information, including instructions on how to complete the new forms, see the HUD website.

The new HUD-1 is available in mndocs, MSBA’s document assembly program.

Real Property Certification
