Civil litigation resources for Minnesota attorneys, made possible through practicelaw's collaboration with attorneys from around the state.

• Forms. A foundational set of forms for use in civil proceedings, developed by practicelaw editors and MSBA volunteers.
• Court Forms. A limited set of forms produced by the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Court forms are generally intended for use by pro se parties.
• Civil Litigation Section Judicial Survey. Results of MSBA Civil Litigation Section Governing Council survey of district court judges on his or her preferences with respect to motion practice and courtroom conduct.
• Time's Up Manual. "Time's Up," the Statutes of Limitations Handbook, is available free to Civil Litigation Section members.
