Consult the instructions below to set up your new password for practicelaw.org and all of the MSBA's other online member services: Fastcase, HotDocs, and online event registration.
Which e-mail address should I use?
The e-mail address that you have on record with the MSBA. For instance, this is the e-mail address the MSBA uses to send you Legal New Digest as well as committee meeting notices and section CLE notices.
If your e-mail address in your MSBA member record is unique to you - it's not a general address used by more than one attorney in your firm - it will be your login name. If it's not unique, you will not be able to access the online member services and will need to change your e-mail address. Contact the MSBA office or, from the MSBA's Home page, go to the Address Changes page located in the Member Services area.
What's your password? Want to change your password?
If you have not logged into the Members Only area previously, you must first establish a password.
Visit the MSBA's log-page (also available at
http://www.mnbar.org/ and click on "Set/Reset My Password" to begin the process of establishing your password.
If you want to reset or change your password, click on the "Set/Reset My Password" button.
When you set or reset your password, a confirmation e-mail containing instructions and a link to reset your password will be sent to the e-mail address that you have on record with the MSBA. Passwords can be reset as often as you like.
Forgotten Your Password?
Please note that, for security reasons, your password is encrypted. MSBA staff will not be able to look up your password. If you have forgotten your password, you should follow the Set/Reset Password instructions to establish a new password.
