New HUD-1

The revised Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA) and its related regulations include new versions of the HUD-1, HUD1-A, and Good Faith Estimate. For further information, including instructions on how to complete the new forms, see the HUD website.

The Uniform Conveyancing Blanks (UCBs) are real estate conveyancing forms drafted by the Minnesota Advisory Task Force on Uniform Conveyancing Forms, a task force appointed by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce to recommend amendments to existing forms or adoption of new forms.
