Revised HUD-1

The revised Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA) and its related regulations include new versions of the HUD-1, HUD1-A, and Good Faith Estimate. For further information, including instructions on how to complete the new forms, see the HUD website.

The new HUD-1 is available in mndocs, MSBA’s document assembly program.

About These Forms

The Residential Real Estate Committee (RREC) facilitates the role of lawyers in residential real estate transactions, provides information to the public pertinent to residential transactions, and develops forms for use in residential transactions. The forms are fillable PDFs.
