What's an ECB?

Now you have a choice.

The ECBs are Microsoft Word documents patterned after the Uniform Conveyancing Blanks. They allow individualization without compromising the uniformity of the UCBs.

We offer these forms in Microsoft Word to make it easy to tailor them to your transaction. Their format differs from the UCBs thus making it readily apparent to recipients whether they are looking at an ECB or a UCB. For more information, see ECBs v. UCBs.
