Amended: Rules of Civil Procedure and General Rules of Practice.
The Supreme Court has promulgated corrective amendments to the Rules of Civil Procedure and the General Rules of Practice, effective July 1, 2013.
- Adopts federal rules discovery reforms
- Modifies rule to extend filing period for a case commenced by service
- Replaces Informational Statement with new Civil cover sheet
- Adopts an expedited process for processing non-dispositive motions
- Amends General Rules of Civil Procedure to improve the designation and processing of complex civil cases
