ADR Section

Use this website to find an ADR service provider that meets your needs. As with many online search engines, you can control the search by selecting certain features. Look for these selections on the opening screen:

Name, address: Use these fields if you know the name of an ADR provider. If it's a common name, you can also limit your search by city. For example, a "Smith" in "Rochester" will yield fewer results than a search for "Smith" alone.

Keyword: You may limit your search by entering a keyword tied to your particular needs. Examples might include "real property," "termination," or "housing." The system will search from a short list compiled by individual section members. Note: Depending on the keyword you enter, this search function may return more matches than you wish -- or you may miss matches that did not include the exact word you specified. If this happens, return to the main screen and try a new search based on the standard selections.

Zip code: If you need to find a provider in your area, enter a zip code and search radius in the "Proximity Search" box. The system will display matches within the range you specify.

Checkboxes: These allow you to limit your search by choosing from ADR processes and practice areas.

After you click "submit," the system will display a set of matches with name and address. A button next to each name allows you to view an expanded profile of the ADR Section member.
